When my kids were small, I did what many parents like to do, had portraits taken every few months or years. What I found though was that I was always a little disappointed when I couldn't "have it all". I didn't like to leave a shot behind, even if it wasn't my all time favorite image of the session. I loved to have a feel of how my daughters were at that age and often times it was very apparent through the collection of images that the photographer made versus just 1-2 favorite pictures.
When I became the photographer, I decided that I wanted parents and families to have it all. I want them to see their children, or themselves in a variety of ways, expressions or moods to really come away from our sessions feeling complete, not just with a few shots. The result…chose your favorites for the wall and make an album of the session to remember all the fun we had! It’s all up to you because you will have the ability to print how you’d like to, when you’d like to!
I offer a flat rate which will include my time, an online gallery for you to view your session and a photo CD with your choice of photo package. You can choose your package after you have seen the session!

As you have seen through my images, my style is fairly relaxed. During a session, I will shoot a combination of posed images as well as more candid shots. I will shoot a variety of groupings as well as individual shots creating a collection of images at the end that represent your family as it is right now. I always encourage parents to be involved in the session! At this time I do not photograph groups, only single families.
A session may take anywhere from 1-2 hours and I strive to keep the atmosphere relaxed and fun! We may find ourselves running through a field or exploring local streets for fun spots to shoot in! If you have a specific look in mind, just let me know!
Seniors, a session may take up to 3 hours if needed, to accomodate location and wardrobe changes.
Together we can figure out a great location(s) to help us meet your goals for the session.
Each photo is individually edited in Photoshop to provide beautiful color or stunning black and white images. Other coloring may be provided as well depending on the image.
I will create a private online gallery for you to view your images, within 2 weeks of our session.
My sessions mostly take place on the weekends however a limited number of weekday sessions are available.

PRICES (excluding Senior portraits):
Photo CD with 35- 50 images - $275
Photo CD with 50 + images - $375
$275 is due at the time of our session. If you choose to upgrade to the the larger photo CD, the difference is due at delivery of the CD.
PRICING FOR SENIORS:
Photo CD with no limit on number of images - $400
A deposit of $300 is due at your session and the remainder is due upon delivery of your photo CD.
